About the Event

This mindfulness workshop is a great starting point for beginning a regular mindfulness practice.  Laurie will provide an experiential, safe environment to begin learning these powerful practices that can help with reducing stress, depression, anxiety and many other chronic conditions.  There will be plenty of time for questions and comments within the workshop.
