PLEASE NOTE SCHEDULE VARIATIONS:

This course runs each Sunday from February 9th - April 6th, 9:30 am - 12:00 pm PT on Zoom

Classes on 2/9 and 2/16 will be from 9:30am-12:30pm. Classes from 2/23 on will be from 9:30am - 12:00pm, with a retreat day on 3/9/25 from 9:30am-1:30pm


The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook by Kristin Neff, PhD and Christopher Germer, PhD.  is highly recommended as a companion to the MSC course. This can be purchased online at nearly any store that sells books.


To err is human, and no matter how hard we try, we all make mistakes—whether it's snapping at a family member, making a work error, or forgetting to pay a parking ticket. In these moments, we often turn to self-criticism, believing that being hard on ourselves will somehow make us "better" or "good enough."
