This course runs each Sunday from February 9th - April 6th, 9:30 am - 12:00 pm PT on Zoom
Classes on 2/9 and 2/16 will be from 9:30am-12:30pm. Classes from 2/23 on will be from 9:30am - 12:00pm, with a retreat day on 3/9/25 from 9:30am-1:30pm
The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook by Kristin Neff, PhD and Christopher Germer, PhD. Â is highly recommended as a companion to the MSC course. This can be purchased online at nearly any store that sells books.
