Breathing meditation with a challenging part of the body

In this meditation, you'll use your breath to bring awareness and care to a part of your body experiencing discomfort or tension. By directing gentle, nonjudgmental attention to this area, you'll explore acceptance, release, and a renewed connection with your body. This practice fosters healing and resilience, inviting peace into even the most challenging sensations.

The courses and workshops offered through Minding the Waves are not a substitute for professional mental health care or crisis intervention.
