    Reduces stress, manage physical pain, decrease negative emotions, and create a healthier, happier mindset in 8-weeks with my Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program. This program includes a one day retreat. Each class will be from 9:30am-12:00 each Sunday . Please contact me with any questions.
