    Come experience mindfulness practices with my Mindfulness Meditation Community Group on Zoom the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. Laurie will provide a safe space for meditation and and meaningful sharing & connection. There is no formal fee for this group. All experience levels are welcome.
  • Mindful Based Stress Reduction Program - LIVE Virtual 8 Week Program

    Learn tools to reduce stress, manage physical pain, decrease negative emotions, and create a healthier, happier mindset in 8-weeks with my Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program. This program includes a one day retreat. Each class will be from 9:30am-12:15pm each Sunday for 8 weeks.


Minding the Waves offers free and low cost options for all of our mindfulness programs to keep these practices available to all.  Laurie graciously accepts monetary support to be able to continue these offerings.
